"Back in 2007, sickness was a major issue as although we did employee an OHA, we had to rely on outside sources of physiotherapy via referral. This was extremely inconvenient as communication between the various physiotherapists was fragmented at best. FitBack was brought into the company to help resolve that issue.
 The process that has been orchestrated here means that if there is any indication that an employee has the signs of a potential problem, he is referred immediately to the FitBack physiotherapist. This in itself has helped reduce the amount of possible absentees due to preventative treatment.
 
Over a twelve month period, the sickness absence percentage has dropped from 22% in 2008 to 5% in 2009. I can confidently say that FitBack has played a major part in reducing this percentage.
 
The quality of service is outstanding: The quality of service from all of the physiotherapists from FitBack that we have had are of the same high standard.
I find the staff friendly and professional. I have a meeting with the physiotherapist on their arrival and when possible a closing meeting at the end of the day.
The reason that FitBack works so well is due to the confidence that the staff here have in the treatment provided and the fact that there is evidence that the treatment is working well.
 
I believe that FitBack has made a major contribution in aiding not only the company’s workforce but by also reducing company costs due to increased headcount.
