FitBack For Sport

FitBack For Sport is a one-hour mobilising, stretching and core-strengthening programme focusing on the use of a Gym Ball. It will help you condition your low back and improve your core stability for your specific sport and everyday life.

This programme can be adapted to any sport and has been successfully incorporated into horse riding, golf, tennis, rugby and swimming. Classes can be run at sports clubs accommodating up to 10 people per class.

Each attendee on the FitBack Class receives a FitBack Gym Ball, pump and FitBack Exercise cards, enabling them to continue the exercises at home or at the gym.
