Gymball exercises for low back pain
The gym ball is a versatile piece of exercise equipment ideal to help people with back pain. Gym balls offer support to the back whilst enabling it to move through its natural range of movement. It allows muscles to be gently stretched in all directions whilst the back is supported making stretching safer and more comfortable. The unstable surface that it provides makes it ideal to challenge the core muscles that support the spine and allow for progressive exercises to be performed on it.
